a) They have communication and leadership skills commensurate to their age and qualification
b) They have relevant academic back ground example an engineering or a management or a computer applications degree. Even those who posses a degree in a specialized domain say banking or insurance are welcome. For example for example qualifications from Insurance Institute of India like Licensiate or Associate or Fellow in General or Life Insurance
c) They prefer managerial analysis based roles which require some deep thinking and problem solving abilities as compared to pure sales profiles
d) And off-course you bring what freshers have in abundance energy, positive and a can do attitude
