This concise document on Scrum Framework is however a deep document. 
Author's for Scrum Guide are Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland. Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland first co-presented Scrum at the OOPSLA Conference in 1995. It  essentially documented the learning that Ken and Jeff gained over the previous few years and made public the first formal definition of Scrum

About the Workshop Presenter: Vijay Shekhar Shukla has been a hands on Scrum Professional Business Analyst and Product Manager for last 20 years.
